Sometimes clients come to me with questions regarding food and beverage issues. Recently there was an article

in the Wall Street Journal regarding trademarks and brand confusion – the gist of it was that Sam Adams, a gentleman running for mayor of Portland Oregon, was the recipient of a cease and desist letter for trademark infringement by Sam Adams, the microbrewery based out of Boston.  For the full article, please  take a look at the Wall Street Journal Blog through the attached link.
